Customer survey 2020

From 24 February we will be running a survey in our Dorset Council libraries, asking you to complete a simple questionnaire about you visit that day to help us find out more about the different ways that libraries are being used and how the service is meeting your needs. We would really appreciate if you can take a few moments to complete the survey when you visit the library, to help us to plan for the future.

  • full internal access
  • the library does not have parking but there is on street parking with one disabled space
  • the library is located on a steep hill
  • there are no public toilets on site
  • Home Library service - a free library service for the housebound, people living in residential or nursing homes or sheltered housing
  • Library services for visually impaired people
