Gym opening times
Monday to Thursday: 6:30am to 10pm
Friday: 6:30am to 9pm
Saturday: 7:30am to 8pm
Sunday: 7:30am to 8pm
Last admission is 30 minutes before closing.
Class costs
Gold card holder: no charge
Gold card holder pilates and yoga: £3.60 per class
Diamond card holder: £6.80 per class
Non member: £7.90 per class

- a free 15 minute supervised cardio session with Will
- free swimming:
- 9am to 10am - lane swim
- 11:15am to midday - general public
- free exercise classes:
- 9:30am - LBT with Holly
