Classic Circuits

Circuit training is a form of body conditioning that involves endurance training, resistance training, high-intensity aerobics, and exercises performed in a circuit, like high-intensity interval training (HIIT). It targets strength building and muscular endurance. But with circuits you move between stations.

Using energising music and scientifically structured exercises, the class targets all major muscle groups to build strength and endurance, guaranteeing a challenging, full body session that leaves you feeling accomplished and energised.

Total Body Burn

A high energy workout designed to challenge your whole body through a combination of strength, cardio, and endurance based exercises. Using interval training methods similar to HIIT, the class pushes you to work at high intensity with short recovery periods to maximise calorie burn, improve fitness, and build overall strength. It’s a dynamic, full body session that leaves you feeling powerful and accomplished.

Barbell HIIT

A high intensity interval training class that combines fast paced barbell exercises with short rest periods to boost strength, power, and cardiovascular fitness. It delivers a full body workout that burns calories efficiently while building muscle and improving endurance.

Build ‘n’ Burn

A high energy workout that combines strength training with bursts of cardio to deliver an intense, full body session. Designed to build muscle and boost endurance while maximising calorie burn, the class uses interval style training to keep your heart rate elevated and your body challenged. It’s an effective, fast paced workout that leaves you feeling strong, energised, and accomplished.

LBT

A low impact, muscle toning class focused on strengthening and shaping the lower body and core. Bootcamp

A high-energy, full body strength workout set to upbeat 80s, 90s, 00s pop hits, combining barbell-based exercises with motivating music to keep you moving. Build muscle, tone your body, and boost endurance in a fun, rhythm-driven class suitable for all fitness levels.

Body Conditioning

Spinning

Spinning is a low impact indoor cycling workout performed on a stationary bike, offering an effective cardiovascular session that’s gentle on the joints. It delivers an intensity similar to running, helping to improve endurance and burn calories. New participants are encouraged to arrive 10 minutes early so the instructor can help set up the bike for a safe and comfortable ride.

An upbeat, feel good fitness class inspired by classic 80s and 90s aerobics. Strictly fit is a partner free dance fitness class using popular dances from the world of ballroom and Latin America. No previous dance experience required. Thrown on your trainers and get ready to boogie yourself fit!

CoreFlowBalance

Flex and Flow

Aqua Aerobics

Intermediate Pilates

A dynamic pilates session that builds on core fundamentals with more challenging exercises and controlled, precise movements. Designed to improve strength, stability, posture, and coordination, the class introduces increased intensity and flow while still offering clear guidance and technique support. Ideal for those confident with the basics and ready to progress their practice in a focused, motivating environment. Participants must have previous pilates experience.
