Education and learning

Most children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) go to a mainstream early years setting or school. In some cases, schools or nurseries will ask for extra support from services for these children. 

It's important for us to identify children who do have SEND as early as possible. This is known as early intervention and makes sure they get the help they need. The help we provide is known as SEN support.
