In a world of decreasing resources and increasing needs, the library service needs its friends. Over half the population use public libraries to borrow books and other materials, find information, assist them in educational courses, use the internet or browse and sit and read. Citizens Advice

Weymouth Citizens Advice is your local charity providing information, advice and support on a wide range of social welfare legal issues.  Our volunteer advisers can help with a wide variety of problem areas including benefits, debt, housing, employment and family matters.  The service is open to drop in callers and for some pre-booked appointments.  Citizens Advice website.
