Dorset's first youth folk group that teaches this fun and energetic genre to young musicians in Dorset.
Reel Dorset play a selection of jigs, reels, polkas and hornpipes typical in traditional folk music, although some modern 'cool' riffs and breaks are included to spice up the ears. Reel Dorset formed in 2014 and is led by folk musician Richard 'Titch' Roberts, band leader of Black Sheep. Reel Dorset have performed at St George's Ceilidh, Corfe Mullen, the Christmas Market in Bournemouth, the Mash Up Festival and the Lighthouse Theatre.
