Transition to adult Audiology Services
Children’s Audiology Services will see children and young people up to the age of 18. After this they will transfer to the adult Audiology Services. Young people are offered a transition appointment. This is at their final Children’s Audiology appointment. They can also get advice about other services for young deaf people.

The Dorset sight and hearing team is funded by us and is provided by Millbrook Healthcare Group. The team provides a preventative and enabling service, which delivers:
