There are two health walks in Weymouth, both of which are mostly flat.

The route is agreed at the start of each walk and depends on the abilities and preferences of those attending.

All abilities are welcome. Walkers can move at different paces, and there is no pressure to keep up. no one is ever left behind, as the pace of the walk is determined by the person at the back of the group.

Walks last approximately 45 minutes.

Dogs may be permitted at the discretion of the walk leader. Contact the local organiser before attending with a dog.
