The broadband Universal Service Obligation (USO) was launched in March 2020 and provides premises with the legal right to request a decent broadband service.
You could be entitled to help from the Ofcom regulated Universal Service Obligation if you receive speeds of less than 10mbps. This offers either a 4G Home Hub solution, if suitable, or a subsidy of £3,400 towards a minimum 10mbps connection.
