You have 28 days from the day you get a parking fine to pay it. You get a 50% discount if you pay within 14 days.
Do not pay if you want to challenge your parking fine.
Before you start
You will need:
- the PCN number that starts with DV (found at the top of your parking fine)
- your vehicle registration number
Contact us if you don't know your PCN number. If it does not start with DV, we did not issue the parking fine.
