Microsoft for Beginners is a free, in-person course designed to help adults build confidence using Microsoft Office tools. It’s ideal for complete beginners who want to improve their digital skills for work, study, or everyday life.
You’ll learn how to:
- use Microsoft Word to create and format documents, insert images and tables, and print professionally
- build presentations in PowerPoint, including adding text, images, transitions, and presenting confidently
- work with Excel spreadsheets, including entering data, using basic formulas, sorting information, and creating simple charts
- understand file management, saving, opening, and organizing documents effectively
The course is delivered in a supportive environment with hands-on practice, and no prior experience is needed.
