We are responsible for the maintenance and repair of the property. Any repairs will be carried out on our behalf by a contractor.
Reporting issues
During office hours, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, you can report all repairs to your allocated Housing Officer or by calling our customer services team: 01305 221000.
Emergency repairs
If an emergency repair is needed and it is outside our office hours, or a bank holiday, call our emergency repairs line: 01305 221909
This number is for emergency repairs only
It can be used:
- after 5pm until 8.30am Monday to Thursday
- after 4pm on Friday until 8.30am Monday morning
