We are looking for people who can test our Dorset Council website, we want to get your views on the content and usability of the site. The research will be observed by our website team who can record the outcomes and help inform us as to the improvements the site needs.

The research is very simple. It typically involves spending about an hour looking at a website and answering questions about it. We mostly conduct testing remotely, using video conferencing using Microsoft Teams, which means that you can take part from the comfort of your own home. There is no preparation in advance required.

We need people from all sorts of backgrounds particularly people with a disability so we can ensure our website is accessible. We need testers with visual impairments, (especially those who use screen readers and screen magnification software), motor impairments (e.g. people who don’t use a mouse or who use other input devices) and people with cognitive impairments (e.g. dyslexia or a learning disability).

If you can help us with this request - please complete this short form to express your interest.
