Our Council Plan sets out our commitments to residents, communities and partners. It explains the council’s key priorities and how we will deliver them. We regularly measure our progress to ensure we are delivering on these priorities.

Monitoring our progress
We monitor progress of the Council Plan through our performance framework. Updates are published each quarter on the Council Plan performance dashboard.
For each strategic priority, we report on:
- key actions we are taking to deliver the priority
- target measures that show how we measure success
- performance indicators to track progress towards our target measures
- risks that could affect us from meeting the priority.
