This is guidance on how to use our Council Plan performance dashboard hosted on PowerBI.
The dashboard will work best on a device with a larger screen.
Navigating the dashboard
The home page shows a summary of how we’re doing against all target measures. These are grouped by strategic priority.
Use the buttons at the top of any page to go back or return to the home page.
View a strategic priority
At the top of the home page, select a priority icon. This opens a summary page for that priority.
Each summary page shows:
- key actions
- target measures
- risks
You can click through to more detailed pages for each area.
View detailed performance data
In the target measures table on each priority page, you can use the 'drill through' option to find more performance data for each measure.
If you're using a mouse, right-click on any measure and choose 'drill-through'.
If you're using a mobile or tablet, press and hold on the measure and select 'drill through'.
For keyboard users, use the Windows Context Key or Shift + F10 to open the context window.
