Issues with our online forms

Gentle walks around the town centre with a friendly group.

Every Wednesday, the group meet at the United Church, East Street, Bridport for a 20 to 40 minute health walk (mainly flat firm surfaces, might include gentle slopes but no steps or stiles).

There is also a health walk every Thursday starting at 9:45am, at the United Church, for a 60 minute walk which may include moderate slopes, steps and uneven surfaces.

Walkers and leaders socialise nearby after the Wednesday and Thursday walks at a cafe.

No dogs on the walks, except assistance dogs.

Please do not attend during adverse weather conditions.

Please be aware that:

walks are free!
there is no need to book, just turn up
they are risk assessed routes with trained volunteer walk leaders
the friendly walkers and leaders socialise nearby after the walks
new walkers are always welcome, please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early to complete a short PAR-Q or complete your form online below
walkers should wear suitable footwear and clothing

Complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PARQ)

If you are new to the health walk scheme, we ask that you complete an annual PARQ before attending your first walk. This should be updated once a year or if your health condition changes. If you are unable to complete the PARQ online, contact the Health and Activity team for assistance.
