A free and friendly Health Walk in Bere Regis begins in July, offering a simple way for residents to move more, spend time outdoors and meet others.
The walk starts from The Royal Oak pub and takes place every Thursday from 10am to 11am, starting on Thursday 16 July. Trained volunteers lead each walk and support participants to feel comfortable and included.
The route is suitable for all abilities. You do not need to book or plan a route, you can just turn up and join.
