A door to door service. No restriction on use within reason eg. shopping, visiting a friend or for medical appointments.
To enable the scheme to run effectively it is preferable for users to register before their first journey and thereafter to give 48 hours notice when booking.
Who it's for
For the elderly, mobility impaired or anyone without transport. NB. those under 17 must be accompanied by an adult.
Costs
50p per mile suggested donation. Visits to Cerne Abbas surgery are charged only from patient’s door and back. All other journeys to include the driver’s mileage door to door.
