The Joint Retail Study was commissioned as part of the evidence base for the Local Plan Review. The aim of the Joint Retail Study is to provide an insight into the retail requirements and maintenance over the plan period across the three local authority areas to help inform the Local Plan review in North Dorset, and the Local Plan review in West Dorset and Weymouth & Portland.
