It is important to note that the testing assumptions were agreed in 2021 with Dorset Council's viability consultants and stakeholders within the development industry, and these may be subject to change at a later point due to market conditions and/or changes to the policies in the Dorset Council Local Plan as it moves through the process of preparation and adoption.
