Emergency and out of hours help if you have nowhere to stay

If you are in danger or at risk of violence, call 999.

If you become homeless when we are closed, call our out of hours service.

This service is available on:

• weekdays 5pm to 8:30am
• weekends and bank holidays

It is for emergencies only, if you have nowhere to stay.

Get general advice and non-emergency homeless help. 

We could help by:

• supporting you in your return to your home where possible
• arranging temporary accommodation for you and your household if you are eligible

Rough sleeping

We have an outreach service that can help if you are sleeping rough. 

We might be able to provide you with somewhere to stay in extremely bad weather if you are sleeping rough and have already told us you are homeless.
