Help improve our Local Offer in online sessions
There are 2 different ways you can get involved:
- work alongside other parents and carers: take part in an online facilitated group session where we'll focus on specific parts of the Local Offer so we can hear your insights and opinions. The groups will have 6 to 8 people and we'll make sure the times are flexible so that we can offer daytime and evening opportunities. These group sessions should take around 90 minutes and will be during June
- take part in developing a user journey: these will be online 1:1 sessions where we ask you to go to the Local Offer web pages and navigate through the pages as we note your feedback. These sessions should take between 30 and 60 minutes
User journeys are a great way to observe users, understand their experience of using our website and what we can do to improve a user's experience.

Whichever way you choose to help, we'll offer you a small wellbeing pack to say thank you for your time.
