Coronavirus (COVID-19): updates and advice
Safeguarding is everybody's business
The Board exists to protect adults at risk from abuse, significant harm or neglect. We will achieve this through strategic leadership and collective accountability.
The Multi-agency safeguarding adults policy and Multi-agency safeguarding adults procedures sets out the locally adopted procedures used by Dorset Council, Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council and all the member agencies.
The Advocare Independent Investigation documents can be found on the Safeguarding Adults Review (SARs) page, underneath the Purbeck Serious Case Audit section.
The Dorset Safeguarding Adults Board works with partner agencies across the Dorset Council area. Many of these agencies are currently occupied with the ever-changing challenges brought about by the coronavirus (COVID-19).
