Where you can trade
There are 2 picnic sites in Dorset where trading is allowed; one on the A352 and one on the A30. All other trading on the highway is prohibited.
Markets and car boot sales
You will need to notify us if you organise car boot sales, charity car boot sales, farmers markets or antique markets.
If the event involves the buying and selling of goods and takes place within 6 and two-thirds of a mile of Dorchester, you may also need a licence.
