Appeal by Fern Brook Solar Farm Ltd against Dorset Council’s refused planning permission of Planning Application P/FUL/2021/02046 for Construct solar photovoltaic farm, battery storage and associated infrastructure, including inverters, batteries, substations, security cameras, fencing, access tracks and landscaping.
An inspector appointed by the Secretary of State will hold an inquiry, opening on the date shown above to decide the appeal. The inquiry will be held in person.
