Trade union facility time - 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026

Whilst the requirement contained within the Trade Union Act 2016 for public sector organisations to report trade union facility time was repealed on 18 February 2026, local authorities in England must continue to publish this information under paragraph 45 of the Local Government Transparency Code 2015.
