Warning We have a shortage of glass recycling boxes, so your delivery may take longer than the usual 20 working days. In the meantime, you can temporarily use any open, sturdy, rigid plastic container. This could be an old storage tub or a washing-up bowl. Please do not use cardboard
Replacement wheelie bins will be delivered within 20 working days.
Damaged bins will be repaired where possible. If we cannot repair it, we will provide a replacement.
If your bin is lost, please check carefully with neighbours etc before requesting a replacement.
