Dorset Property, through the Maintenance Team of surveyors, carry out a large programme of planned maintenance and minor works on these property assets each year. This is typically in excess of 400 individual projects over the year, concentrated in schools in the summer holidays.
This is in addition to the day to day reactive maintenance and statutory cyclical servicing that is arranged in the 500 plus properties looked after by the Maintenance Team.
