If you put the correct bin or container out by 6am on your collection day and it was not emptied, we’re sorry for the inconvenience.
Please use one of the following options to report the collection as missed. You can only report a missed collection after your street has been marked as completed or after 4pm on your collection day.
Report a missed household waste collection
We’ll investigate and aim to empty your bin within 5 working days. Just leave the bin or container out until we return.

If you put the correct bin or container out by 6am on your collection day and it was not emptied, we’re sorry for the inconvenience.
Before you start
Before you complete the form, please check:
- your collection was definitely due
- your bins or containers were at the collection point before 6am
- if you have have an overdue bill. If this is the case your collections will have been stopped. Once you pay your bill your service will restart. You can pay online or by phone (01305 221000)
Report a missed business waste collection
Please do not report a missed collection until after 3pm as the crew may still be collecting until this time.
