Planning history searches fees, you will need reference number, this can be found on correspondence sent to you. We aim to respond to requests within 10 working days of payment.
Planning Application
The cost of your planning application will depend on the type and scale of your development. Use the Planning Portal Fee Calculator to calculate the cost online. If you are applying via the Planning Portal any fee due must be paid directly to the planning portal before your application can be transferred to the council.
To pay planning application fees online by debit or credit card, you will need to enter the application reference number. This can be found on correspondence sent to you.
