They deliver an effective and efficient statutory local land charges service. The team have strong team working, creating a positive working environment for high volume work. Each member of the team contributes their fair share of the workload and fully understands what their responsibilities are and where they fit in with the running of the business. Each Officer feels a sense of belonging to the team, are committed to their work and really care about the success of the Local Land Charges business.
The Local Land Charges Team are responsible for the Local Authority Searches within Dorset. This is a requirement that needs to be completed before anyone exchanging contracts on a property can take place.
