Reason for inquiry
Appeal by Churchill Living Ltd against Dorset Council's refused planning permission of planning application P/FUL/2024/04613 for: Redevelopment for erection of retirement living accommodation comprising 48 apartments, 25 cottages, communal facilities, access, car parking and landscaping to create an integrated retirement community.
An Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State will hold an Inquiry opening on the date shown above to decide the appeal. Members of the public may attend the Inquiry and, at the Inspector’s discretion, express their views.
Anyone wishing to participate in the inquiry, must make their interest known to the Planning Inspectorate Case Officer as soon as possible, prior to the inquiry, either by email or telephone after reading the inquiry attendance information set out in the full site notice.
