1-2-1 inductions
All gym users are required to complete an induction to ensure they are using the equipment safely and effectively and are getting the most from their workout.
Adult Induction Price: £10.50
Gym Buddies Induction Price: £5.25
Induction is free if a membership is being taken out.
Gym Review
If you choose to take out a membership you will be entitled to two gym reviews, which you can book in with our reception team. This will be a free fitness assessment from a qualified gym instructor who will help identify and set realistic fitness goals.
