Please follow this step-by-step process to fill out your application form.

If you already have an account, you should be able to use it for this application. If you need to reset your password, there is a password reset tab on the form.

Step 1 - criteria, eligibility and guidance

Carefully read the criteria and eligibility guidance about the Organisational Support Revenue Fund Round to ensure that you are eligible to apply for a grant.

Step 2 - questions on the application form

Read the application form questions ahead of applying. This will help you plan your responses, see what order questions appear and what supporting documents you will need to include.

Step 3 - you are nearly there

You are now nearly ready to complete your application form. 

Step 4 - create an account

You will be prompted to create an account. This will include giving your name, email address and a password. If you have an account from previous application, you can use this. If not create a new account.

Step 5 - make sure you have an account

Once your account is created follow the prompts that will take you into the start of the application form.

Step 6 - begin to complete your form

Begin completing your form. As you move through the form select next on the right-hand side of the page to answer more questions on this part of the form. Select back on the left-hand side of the page to go back and edit previous questions. You can click save at any time.

Once you’ve answered all the questions in the form and uploaded your supporting documents, you will be asked to submit.

Step 7 - saving your work

Make sure you save your work before you submit your application. When you press submit your answers will be saved. You will receive a confirmation email confirming that you have finished your application and a PDF copy of your application. 

The form has a time out function. This is set at 6 hours each time you access the form. If you exceed this by leaving the device on, fail to complete and submit the form, or leave the site before saving and submitting your answers, you risk losing your progress. 

Step 8 - supporting documents

Once you have submitted your documents you will not be able to go back into your application to view or edit it.

You will receive a confirmation email once you click submit which will tell you your application is complete along with a PDF copy of your application. You will also receive a unique 9-digit reference number. Please make a note of your reference number.

Once these documents are uploaded your application is complete.
