Heritage Open Days: Behind the Scenes Tours

Join us for Heritage Open Days this September with a tour behind-the-scenes of Dorset History Centre.

You will be able to learn about what archives we store on the 8.5 miles of shelving in our repositories; about how we care for the records in our Conservation Studio; and how we make history accessible to everyone in our searchroom.
There will also be opportunity for you to learn more about our National Heritage Lottery Fund project which will expand our building and improve our collections over the next four years.
