About the facilities
There are a variety of rooms available to hire by the hour, half day or full day. The rooms can be hired seven days a week, including evenings and holidays.
The hireable rooms include the sports hall and hub. The hub can be hired individually or as a combined package with the sports hall.
The Sports Hall
The Sports Hall has a wooden sports floor, with sports benches and climbing facilities surrounding three of the four walls (climbing apparatus are not to be used during the hire). The room is heated in winter and has high level windows that open to add ventilation in summer months. The sports hall has a suggested capacity of approx. 80 standing or 30 seated. Desks and chairs can be provided. The sports hall can be hired with the Hub as a combined facility providing you with a separate entrance to the main reception along with other benefits.

Prices start from £21 per hour for the sports hall. Minimum 3 hours.
The Hub
The Hub consists of an entrance lobby separate to the main reception, large classroom (Ocean Room), small carpeted classroom (Marine Room) with soft play elements, small sensory room with bubble lamp, fiber-optics and interchanging lights, separate toilets with an accessible washroom including changing bed and hoist, enclosed outdoor play area with wooden play equipment, plus a kitchenette and reception area usable as a breakout room or for light refreshments.

Out of hours access
During evenings and weekends there is a £50 facilitation fee for locking/unlocking and being a point of contact for the duration of your hire. This fee is waivered if you make a regular booking of The Hub as this can be a self contained suit with key/code access.
Location
Being situated alongside the Rodwell Trail, and just a 5 minute walk to the harbour or 15 minutes to the beach, this could be a good venue to consider using as a base for Weymouth sporting events. We have extensive changing and shower facilities and equipment storing and drying capacity.
If you are looking to hold an exclusive function, it is possible to hire the entire facility.
Parking
There is plenty of free car parking next to the building and easy disabled access.
