Notice of extension of:
- The Bridport Anti-social Behaviour Related Public Spaces Protection Order 2022
- The Dorchester Anti-social Behaviour Related Public Spaces Protection Order 2022
- The Lyme Regis Anti-social Behaviour Related Public Spaces Protection Order 2022
- The Portland Anti-social Behaviour Related Public Spaces Protection Order 2022
- The West Bay Anti-social Behaviour Related Public Spaces Protection Order 2022
- The Weymouth Anti-social Behaviour Related Public Spaces Protection Order 2022
- The Dorset beaches Anti-social Behaviour Related Public Spaces Protection Order 2022
- The Dorset Open Land Anti-social Behaviour Related Public Spaces Protection Order 2022
Dorset Council has extended the above Public Spaces Protection Orders by a period of 3 years from 1 July 2025 being satisfied on reasonable grounds that doing so is necessary to prevent:
(a) occurrence or recurrence of the activities identified in the orders, or
(b) an increase in the frequency or seriousness of those activities
Further that Dorst Council has introduced two new orders:
- The Dorset Open Land (Number 2) Anti-social Behaviour Related Public Spaces Protection Order 2025
- The Dorset Beaches (Studland) Anti-social Behaviour Related Public Spaces Protection Order 2025
Which have effect for a period of 3 years from 1 July 2025
