Flowchart showing how the information is shared

ANPR cameras capture vehicle registration details.

  • these details (vehicle registration) are shared with Bookinglab software

Bookinglab software acts as the central system:

  • it sends vehicle registration data to the DVLA MOT checker for verification
  • it sends a booking reference number to Pay 360 for payment processing, if needed
  • it sends information back to the ANPR camera if a booking has been made or not

Data shared at each step:

  • from ANPR cameras to Bookinglab: vehicle registration
  • from Bookinglab to DVLA MOT checker: vehicle registration
  • from Bookinglab to Pay 360: booking reference number
  • from Bookinglab to ANPR: booking reference
