It is very important that you tell us of any changes in your circumstances so that we can amend your application and reassess your banding. We will tell you if this results in you moving to a different band. You can do this using your online account:
- log into your account and choose the My Details tab
- then choose the link Change of Circumstances
- complete the form
If there is any change in banding, you will see this when you log onto your application
Please be aware your account will become frozen as soon as you submit a change of circumstances. You will not be able to log back in until your application has been processed again.
