Annual Position Statement - 5 year housing land supply - October 2024

On 26 September 2024 Dorset Council received the Planning Inspector's report on its Annual Position Statement 2024. The Annual Position Statement (October 2024) and Appendices A to G confirm that Dorset Council can demonstrate a housing land supply of 5.02 years. The documents available are:

Dorset Council is entitled to rely on the supply stated in the annual position statement until 31 October 2025.
