Island Community Action (ICA) Community Car Scheme
Community car and minibus service, providing transport for any occasion for those who need it. Including access to hospital, GP and other medical appointments e.g. dentist and prescription collection. Also shopping, accompanied outings, trips and providing access to social events e.g. coffee mornings, lunch clubs, exercise classes, etc.
2 cars carrying a maximum of 4 passengers. One disabled friendly, adapted 11 passenger minibus with tail lift and space for wheelchair.
No need to register for this service.
Who it's for
Those in need of transport aged over 50, or disabled, or in poor health.
