Before you use our gym, you must complete a gym induction. We offer gym induction slots Monday to Saturday at select times.
During your workout
All members must clean equipment with the sanitising wipes/spray before and after each use. However, due to the high contact nature of the free weights areas/rigs we ask all members to sanitise/wash hands both before and after entering these areas instead.
All users must:
- follow all instructional signage and requests from the Fitness Team.
- wipe down all equipment before and after use with only the alcoholic sanitising wipes/spray provided
- Personal training, fitness programmes and new memberships
Personal training, and fitness programmes are available to book at the Verwood Hub reception.

The Hub gym - powered by Technogym

With state-of-the-art Technogym equipment, a spacious functional training zone, suspension training area and free weights sections the Verwood gym is an ideal place to get a full body workout.
Opening times
Monday to Friday: 6:30am to 9:30pm, last entry at 9pm
Weekends: 8am to 4pm, last entry at 3:30pm
Session fees
One off session’s are available after the completion of an induction. If you are taking out a membership the induction is free. If you’re doing pay as you go, inductions will be £10.50 for an adult or £5.25 for 11–15-year-olds.

Induction information
In order to use any of the gym facilities at The Verwood gym, you must be 11 years old or above and you must first attend a gym induction that will introduce you to the equipment and provide you with further advice to meet your fitness needs.
