Information about the latest group exercise classes and charges at the Verwood Hub and Emmanuel Sports Hall.

Fitness classes

Whether you want to improve your fitness, lose weight, tone up or are just looking for fun and motivating sessions, there are group exercises classes for everyone. From yoga to the phenomenon that is indoor cycling.

Classes are free to Platinum and Active Combo members, but anyone can join in for a small activity charge, starting from £3.10. Please also see our GP referral classes.

Indoor Cycling

6.15pm to 7pm

The Hub £5.45 A serious aerobic workout to increase cardio endurance
Total Body HIIT 7pm to 7.50pm The Hub £5.55 A High Intense Training session. With a mixture of plyometrics and strength & conditioning, it is the perfect session to push you to the limits

Beginners Yoga

7pm to 8.15pm The Hub £5.55 Suitable for complete beginners, as well as those who prefer a simpler class. Classes are varied
HIIT 7pm to 8pm ESH £5.55 An intense training session consisting of plyometrics, strength and conditioning and circuit based experiences.
Indoor Cycling
