Coronavirus safety measures

New safety measures are in place when attending our classes and we ask that you follow this guidance when you visit us. We require all attendees to book before visiting the centre and if you have your own mat or weights, please feel free to bring these with you for peace of mind.

Please remember to book in advance to help support us in maintaining social distancing. All members will be able to book classes 7 days in advance. 

Fitness classes

Whether you want to improve your fitness, lose weight, tone up or are just looking for fun and motivating sessions, there are group exercises classes for everyone. From yoga to the phenomenon that is indoor cycling. All classes are to be 45 minutes in duration to ensure thorough cleaning can be completed. 

Classes are free to Platinum and Active Combo members, but anyone can join in for a small activity charge, starting from £3.10. Please also see our GP referral classes.

Chair Fit

Studio 1 £4.20

This class is ideal for anyone with mobility issues but wishing to take part in a gentle, yet stimulating, session. Predominantly chair based, the class incorporates some elements of Pilates combined with strengthening, stretching and balance work.

ESH Upper Body Pump

6pm to 6.45pm ESH £5.65 A barbell based workout which will target the muscular endurance of all muscles in the upper body to get toned, lean and fit. 

ESH Circuits

7pm to 7.45pm ESH £5.55 Build strength and fitness through a variety of HiiT and Interval exercises in a circuit based style.

Pilates 

7pm to 7.45pm Theatre £5.55 Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.
