Junior Spin (beginners)

Perfect course for Juniors to be taught the basics of spinning. Great exercise to compliment other sports.

8 to 15 years (minimum height 1.25metres)

Shaolin Kung Fu

A traditional martial arts system of self defence, designed to build confidence, fitness and self defence strategies. No booking required just turn up or contact Paul on 07791661856 for more information.

Dance 4 Kidz

Fun, high energy dance class, a mixture of dance styles.

6-11 years

Thursdays 5pm to 5.55pm

New term starts 13 June, booking in advance is required.

Banana Yoga

Yoga Bananas teaches yoga and physical theatre to children in a fun, inspiring and structured way. The technique helps children nurture a positive image of themselves and maintains a child's natural flexibility. The end result is healthy and happy children.

Action Zone, Saturday and Sundays

Get Teens moving in the gym!

Teens must be supervised by a fully inducted member. First session is an induction and is cardio equipment only. Adults pay normal admission prices.

10 to 15 years 1pm to 4pm Saturdays and Sundays £3.50 per teen

For players who have a good knowledge of the game, the lessons include competitive match play, more advanced technique and organised match play. Sessions run by County Coach Kirsty Wilcox 

Gold, 6 to 18 years 7.45 to 9.15pm  £60 for 12 weeks
