Where you can use a short stay permit
You can:
- use your short stay parking permit in most of the car parks we maintain. Make sure you check the list of excluded car parks for the few where you cannot
- have one 3-hour stay per day
- register 2 vehicles to the permit - only one vehicle can be parked with the permit at a time
- buy extra parking to extend your stay using just park
Check what is offered at each car park
You can use your short stay parking permit in most of the car parks we maintain. You cannot use it at the car parks on our excluded list:

- any town or parish council car parks

- Trinity Street (northern section) car park

- Angel Lane car park
- Wareham:
- Church Green
- St John Hill
- The Quay
- Wimborne:
- Crown Mead car park
- Walford Mill car park
- Weymouth:
- Cosens Quay car park
- Hope Square car park
