The 134 representations received will be passed to the Planning Inspectorate.
Representations and summary with a council response:
Please note in order to reduce the number of pages any blank pages received with the responses have been left out of following documents.
These actions resulted in a number of amendments to the Core Strategy.
In preparing the Core Strategy Pre-Submission document, the Council is required by law to carry out a Sustainability Appraisal (SA) and a Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) of this document.
The government recommends that the two requirements are met through one process.
Thus this document incorporates both the SA and the SEA requirements, and for simplicity will be referred to as a "Sustainability Appraisal" (SA). Its aim is to achieve sustainable development.
The full report of the SA includes an Equalities Impact Assessment and a Health Impact Assessment.
Briefing sessions to explain the process and provide assistance in completing the forms were held on:
- Wednesday, 10 November 2010 at 7pm in the District Council offices
