A study has been undertaken for East Dorset to assess the provision of affordable housing and residential economic viability in the district.
The Affordable Housing Provision and Developer Contributions in East Dorset report has been produced to provide a robust evidence base for developing policies for the future provision of affordable housing in the district. The report analyses the impact of affordable housing and other planning obligations on the viability of new development.
This study is part of a larger project commissioned by the Dorset Affordable Housing Task Group on behalf of Christchurch, East Dorset, North Dorset, West Dorset and Weymouth and Portland Councils and carried out by Three Dragons consultants.
