Strategic flood risk assessment
The latest version of the Strategic Flood Risk Assessment (SFRA) has been a key document in the preparation of the Mineral Sites Plan, and the Waste Plan, and can be downloaded from the Submission Documents table.
The National Planning Policy Framework, paragraphs 100-104, requires that Local Plans should be supported by a Strategic Flood Risk Assessment.
The current Strategic Flood Risk Assessment (SFRA) for Minerals and Waste Planning in Dorset was prepared by Halcrow in 2010 and is provided below as a series of maps and associated report.
