Dorset Council and its former district and borough Councils commissioned landscape and heritage assessments to form part of the evidence base for the development of the Dorset Council Local Plan, and previous Local Plan reviews. The reports informed the site selection process and assesses the sensitivity of potential sites based on landscape and heritage impacts.
